- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It is October, and I have spent the past three weeks trying to get a response from the Beckley Area H & R Block. I have not received an email, a phone call, nor a letter in the mail. I am seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere, but it is hard to do even that because THEY STILL HAVE ALL OF MY PAPERWORK, AND W2S, UNPROCESSED!
